The card is cute as can be. Love the red and white checks with the beets. Oh, and the recipe sounds delicious. Can't go wrong with balsamic vinegar and beets. Sorry you can't eat tomatoes, since they are in so many recipes, but beets are a real treat on my plate!

Vaughnde this is adorable. I love the gingham bg you used, along with the white card with the swirls on it. How fun are the trailing flowers and vines all over the card as well. It's just beautiful!
