Roasted Veggie Dip

This is so good! It came from Alton Brown of Good Eats, via my daughter-in-law. My grandkids eat this up like crazy, with crackers, veggies or as a sandwich spread.

 

I'm still playing with layering and clipping and coloring. I added the curled edge this time. With each card I've made I've tried something new. I'm not so sure that I'm doing things the right way, but I'm learning.

Dee Dee, this looks so good, I love the curled edges on the petaled ss bg paper. How cool is that! And as for Alton Brown, he's my hero. I love watching the food channel. It's almost always on at our house. I can't believe one of my kids hasn't become a chef, ^_^ I love your card! Thanks for the recipe on the veggie dip.
