neighborhood creek -- Task 28

Reminiscing

With the red background I was going for contrast to make the green of the photos stand out; did that work right?

As for camera settings, I took one or two of these with the rich color setting and the others are all at various settings too. I took over 100 photos that day and the next, playing with the settings on my camera, but I haven't yet learned how to keep track/recall the settings I used once I have the pictures on my computer.

Thanks for the comments!

This is such a fun layout. Oh, I love the wading in the creek photos! Finding all of those special rocks and skipping stones, and riding bikes and in wagons. I think this was a great challenge to get us all more familiar with our cameras and the different settings we can use. Your red background is wonderful and your photos stand our brilliantly. I love those little hinges that hold your two red bgs together. The layout of your photos is really fun too. It all looks great!

I think the red works perfectly to showcase these photos. Very fun LO with a nice mix of photos. The picture of the little girl in blue on her bike is awesome!

What a fun grouping of photos and it looks like everyone was having a good time "helping you out" in learning your camera a little better. I suffer like you ... give lots of thought to the settings and then forget what I did when I open them on the ocmputer. :) Is there no hope for us! :dunno: I love the red; I love the tiny hinges, but the most fun was discovering the heart layered over your date tab!

I like the mix of photos against the red background. In PSE, you can go to File, then File Info, then click on Camera 1 to find out the settings and the camera used.
