We had a breakfast at work this morning and this is the dish I brought. It was a big hit and I promised the recipe so I made it with the fun kit I downloaded today! Brandy Murry's From the Desk Of ~ what a fun kit this is! Hope you like the recipe, too!

Yummy Penny, I love breakfast casseroles. I love sausage, I love eggs, can you see a pattern here? LOL. Your card looks great and I can't wait to tear into my new collection too. I keep forgetting the name on it though, thanks for helping me out

That sounds absolutely YUMMY!!! It has eggs, sausage, and chili peppers..... what more could you ask! And the card is awfully cute, love it!

oH YUM ... wish I had some of your casserole right now. Hunger strikes again! I think I could even make it gluten free with some of the flour blends we have so DH could eat it too! Love the way you used the new kit. I'm like Rosemary ... can't wait to get into it ... too much time out in the garden today!
