070409 Color Challenge

What a perfect challenge to give me the push I needed to finish this quilt LO for Brenda. She had worked on this quilt for almost a year and then brought it to me to finish up with the quilting so she could give it to her grandson. She wanted me to use a pattern of stars and loops. I created a balanced quilting pattern for her and was able to use that line drawing to also create a new brush and a new paper for my collection ... LOOPY STARS - the bright blue paper.
