Mom! It's a DIGGER!

We went on a long 3 mile walk tonight. It was along a golf course...gorgeous. We had never walked on this path before. At the end was this old rusted digger! Ben loved it! So, of course we had to snap the photo.

It was getting dark and the quality of the photo wasn't the greatest. So, first running MRE Photo Basics action (Chocolate with color) and then adding the Photo Edges style worked great to give it an "aged" look.

See HERE for my steps in working with the photo

MRE SSTools Photo basics

SNU Style Photo Edges

ASO Take Wing paper

SNU Mischief Maker embs and dynamic brush

MRE Well Loved corners

BHA BlsmBlm Fall Emb Wheatstalks

BMU Mega Lift shadow action (on wheat)

MRE Edge It (on paper piercing)

AWI DynBrush Paper Piercing

MRE Boys World Emb UC

You did a fantastic job on the photo. It looks amazing. Great layout and great memory! One I'm sure Ben will look back on with fondness in years to come as he remembers going to grandma and grandpas as a boy.

Thanks so much for sharing.

This is fantastic! I LOVE that picture!

Now I'm intrigued about the photo edges style...does it do anything to the "body" of the picture...or just the edges? Must know.... lol

Thanks for the kind words Charlene. I posted this for you so you could see the steps I took in achieving that end result with the photo. I left out the Photo Basics action in my original credits.
