Usually moving isn't a time to relax, but this July during our move to another province we made time for a holiday. We stopped in Banff Alberta and took in all its beauty. So glad we did, it was a great breath of fresh air (literally) and distracted me from the teary goodbyes we had as we left one home for another.

 

I used one of Marnie's sketches for the layout, it used five photos, but my armchair critics (children) strongly suggested I not use photos of them (kids!). So, I reworked the sketch to work for three photos.

Photos are gorgeous; those are breathtaking views. I think the sketch works great with three photos, and I like the Canadian Maple Leaf motif.

Banff is such a beautiful area and you took some wonderful photos of the area. We were there years ago when I only had 2 and they were 18 mo. and 4. Now my baby is going off to college next week so, it was a while ago!!! :rofl: I love your use of the Canada collection, isn't it fun to use? I'm so glad you were able to enjoy part of your move. Just think of all of the new adventures that await you and the new friends you'll make! I'll be praying for your adjustments into your new location!

This is just a BEAUTIFUL layout !!!!! LOVE THE DECKLE edges !!!!! And I'm sad the kids didn't want to be shown. . . .(would have loved to see them) !!!!
