Journaling reads:

Oh the fun of finding your feet. And the amazing flexibility that allows you to get them in your mouth. Something a baby can do that we, as grown-ups cannot. Not just because we aren’t nearly as flexible, but also because we’re adults. And somehow being an adult makes some things totally off limits. Which makes me wonder, why is that? Why am I suddenly unable to do things that are fun and carefree and silly, simply because I became an adult? Perhaps I’ll have to take a lesson from you, and learn how to truly LIVE again. The real kind of living...

FUN,

CAREFREE

& SILLY!

What a great photo, the perfect "hero" shot, and sweet journaling, too. You're right, we should be silly more often.

love the colors of the papers with the color of the photo! just stunning!

but I can't believe you are unable to eat your toes? I still can! It's one of my amazing hidden talents... well, my kids ask me to do it all the time. They think it's weird that mom eats her toes.

How sweet! I always heard stories about babies putting their toes in their mouth, but with 6 children I have never seen it actually done, that was until my 6th child did this. I posted about this on another thread and Jennifer said you did a layout of Charis sucking on her toes so I just had to come see it. It's such a wonderful thing to see babies discovering new things, that I simply couldn't resist coming to see it.
