Root Beer Float Punch

Vanilla ice cream, in "brick" containers

Root Beer (not diet! Diet root beer makes this icy.)

Pre-Party: peel open ice cream container, cut up ice cream into approx. 1" blocks and freeze on waxed paper. Pour root beer into very clean bundt pan, about 1/2 way up, and freeze.

For Party: empty root beer ring into punch bowl. Add ice cream. Pour cool root beer over--watch for foaming overflow! Top off with more ice cream and root beer as needed.

We created this for the children who attend our New Year's Day

Family Open House. It's also very popular with the adults!

This is really nice, Barbara. I'm always so honored to see my products used. Great idea too with the bricks of ice cream and rootbeer.
