Journaling:
Megan was given a line to say during the Primary Program at the Westlake Ward. “I can partake of the Sacrament and think of Christ on the Sabbath.” She was so excited. She practiced it all week and had it memorized perfectly. But on Sunday morning, as we were getting ready for church, she started to feel nervous. We read together in the scriptures “If ye are prepared ye shall not fear” and talked about what that meant. I wasn’t sure how she would do during the actual program, but when it was her turn, she walked right up to the microphone and said her line in a clear, firm voice without any prompting from the teacher.
