Ingredients

Carrots, Orange Juice, Sugar, Butter (optional)

Clean & peel carrots. Slice approximately 1/6" thick, or irregularly, rotating carrot as you cut. Cover with water, and cook until just starting to soften in microwave, or on stovetop. Drain water and return to pan. Pour orange juice over carrots, just barely covering. Add 1 TBSP sugar and 1 TBSP butter for every 3-4 carrots. Simmer gently until well cooked; do not boil hard. Reheats well.

Fantastic! Thanks for sharing this. I love the way you stacked the recipe cards! Fabulous. Great LO, gave me great ideas and I hope that is okay! The recipe is a good one, too.

Oh Barbara, this is so beautiful, I love your recipe card! I love the stacks and the fabulous way you placed them on the cutting board. The parsley, I just want to pick it up and place it on the dish as a garnish! There's an elegant feel to it, even though it's rustic and I love the swirl flourishes on the card bg!
