I've had both pages up on my screen looking at 'em at the same time. I think you and DH must have had a great time while you were there. I really am enjoying looking at the changes you made on your layout. I love the circular paper that you have on your left page running under your photo, and am wondering if it would tie the other page to it a little more if you added it as a continuation onto the other page under the brown matt? I love the dice and the word art and the hearts you added to indicate who you were there with...not to mention the fact that he's in the photo!

I wondered the same thing about the dotted paper....maybe Amy will come by and comment on it....that paper matches the big mat on pg 2, so I thought it would be weird to "repeat" the same paper and I really liked how the pictures looked with that as a BG, so I didn't want to change the mat paper. Anyone else have an opinion???

Hi Karina! I agree with RM- if you brought in the dot matte right along same line from page 1 right into page 2, maybe under that middle photo and slightly past it - that would look cool. Repeating elements in layouts in a good thing. I think you hearts are fantastic, too, and the cardboard is a great idea.

If I could make one more teeny tiny suggestion to have you scoot your title to the left just slightly so that the edge of the word "The" is on the cardboard, and the "S" from Strip just barely touches it, it would maybe balance it with the die and hearts on the lower right of your photo. Just a thought!

 

Your edit is wonderful! I love the colors, and the dot matte is super. I'll bet you had a great time in Las Vegas!!
