11: Sasha and Hunny were so hot today, the weather has been unbearable and today was by far the worst its been all summer. While outside they couldn't get any relief from the heat I decided to let them inside, Sasha found a cool spot on the tiles underneath the fan.
12: It was my 32nd Birthday today it wasn't the best day to be honest as the Real estate were late bringing people through to view the house and ruined my Birthday lunch but my friends made the evening make up for everything.
13. A big day at the gym today and managed to complete a full 1.5hr circuit, I was very happy with my effort.
14: I finally got the tattoo Ive been waiting to get for ages, it took 3 hours and didn't hurt no where near as much as I thought and I couldn't be happier with it.
