We had three wonderful weeks in the UK visiting our "Baby" daughter & her husband during late June & early July.

Daughter Shelley borrowed my camera to take this shot and several others of what she knew was a "hover fly" (Syrphidae) and not a Bee!!

(Mom was staying well back - it looked like a Bee to me!!!) What happy memories!!

Two photo's were used, the best close up of the Hover Fly had the flowers blurred, so I took the best close-up of the flowers - in focus and used a layer mask to paint in the best close-up of the fly so they would both appear "in focus"

I love the technique you used to have everything in focus on the photo. Great idea. And what a beautiful LO with a perfect scripture. Wonderful memories to cherish forever.
