Barb, that dappled light is really cool. Where you live there are often so many trees, a house doesn't often get full sun. I really like this. It is a challenge to get the exposure right when there re such contrasting areas of light and dark. The light areas seem to either get overexposed or the dark areas underexposed. This is a very challenging situation. I really like that perspective of the fence line, the house gable and roofline moving up from left to right.

Barb, what a lovely, peaceful photo! This is a great example of using the light, and your perspective is wonderful!

Nice one. I like the contrasts of lights and darks with the sun on areas of the house and the shadows on the trees. And then that beautiful blue sky. Nicely shot.

Barb - I'm very impressed at how you've kept everything sharp and in focus! Dappled light definitely is a challenge where this is concerned and you've managed to pull it off really well. I'm loving all of the green (and no white) in your photo!!

Very nice photo. I love the way the sunlight falls in this and the off-center composition. Great light and dark play in this photo. The only thing I would tweak is making the house line level. It's slightly sinking to the right.

I think the sunlight shining on the left side of the house gives the photo a great depth.

Nice exposure on the house "light" without blowing out the sky.
