Day 3 -- Looking Back

Here is my layout for Day 3 -- A Look Back Over The Past Year. The past couple of years has been pretty tough for me. After living in Los Angeles for 35 years, I lost my job and had to move back to New York. I moved in with my sister and her kitties, adding my Tini to the group. I miss Los Angeles, but I love New York. Especially now with all the snow on the ground. Love it.

ASO Take Wing -- Paper Butterfly and Journal Block at 63% opacity

KSC Year Gone By -- Frames Peeled Paint

Font -- COmic Sans at 24 Pt

Carol, this is beautiful! I love the photos, and I love how you compared the two places in your journaling. I'm glad you are feeling at home now! :D

Yep, if you love the snow, then you'll be glad you're in New York and not on the west coast! Even though everyone's been getting hammered, we've only had cooler temps. :) But I do miss the snow every once in a while...so I hear ya! :)

change is almost always difficult but you were lucky to have family there and what a wonderful way for you and your sister to be able to be a friend a support to each other. Great photos and journaling.
