Feb. 13 Color Challenge - RED

Feb. 13 Color Challenge - RED

I kind of cheated with this one. I used it in another forum that I frequent at about.com - graphics software. They also had a valentine's challenge this week. But I really feel the need to share this one here also since you are al rapidly becoming dear friends. So this is my wish for all of you here in SG.
Tomorrow marks the 3-month anniversary of our son's death and today we laid my mil to rest. This wish for all of you comes from the depths of my soul and the realization that I will no longer have that opportunity for Andy & Marge, two very important people in my life. So I say to each of you, cherish those you love, give them a hug & don't forget to tell them that you love them. It's something you will never regret!
May God bless each of you!

Oh, I almost forgot to tell how this was done. I used PS CS4E; just some shapes, brushes, text & a little beveling to create the whole thing.

I'm so sorry for your losses- your sentiment is heartfelt which makes it all the more sincere. Thank you for sharing.
May God bring peace and comfort to you ... thanks for sharing!
Beautiful card, with great shading! Love the sentiment and I hope it happens for you. :-)
Beautiful card. I also hope you find peace. Thanks for the Valentine. Karen
You are rapidly becoming our sweetheart here at SG boards, Ann! Such lovely thoughts that come from the depth of the heart and wisdom of experience. May you also be blessed! I love the "embossing" and "cut-out" work on this piece. Nice job, Ann!
Ann I am so sorry for your losses --- my MIL wrote AND recorded a song "Do Not Wait 'Til It's To Late To Say I Love You" --- thank you for the reminder AND for the Valentine's sentiments! Thank you so much for participating in the Feb. 13 Red Color Challenge!
My sympathies on all your recent losses. It must be very hard for you & your family.
I really like the cut work on this layout, so pretty & that is a great quote. Happy Valentines Day to you, too!
