The top photo of the landscape light was the one I submitted for my week's example of a photo with artificial light - I used my on-camera flash and a LumiQuest Soft Shield to soften the flash and shadows. The bottom photo was taken at the same time, but without the flash. That shot was illuminated by the landscape light alone.

Sarah, I love both photos - you certainly have an eye for taking pictures - artificial light or not - these are both awesome pics and I love your layout - don't ask me to choose which I like best because I do love them both. Great work!
