Here is a card I made for one of my nieces. Her birthday party was last weekend and I wanted to make her a card. She's 3 now. :)

Oh Ashleigh - THIS IS SO FABULOUS! I love the scalloped waves of the layered paper and how you inked the edges. Makes it look so realistic! And the swirls for balloon strings - how clever!

I love the brad balloons, that is too cute. The wavy scallop edges is so playful and I like the way you tied everything together.
