(I actually made this for the PS Filters class, but thought it was appropriate for this gallery as well)
My husband is an American Sailor. The journaling reads "After 14 years of service in the United States Navy, Michael was commissioned as an Ensign on 01 Nov 2004". The gold bar represents the rank of Ensign, while the stars are just for fun. The document seen as the background on the right side of the LO is a scan of the original commissioning letter signed by President Bush. We are so proud of all of his accomplishments - and he really has 3 more medals than pictured here.
For filters, I used AAA's Foto Frame on all three photos and Cybia's Tyre Tracks on the blue striped paper.
The fonts are Vivaldi and Rockwell.
All the digi papers and elements are by sprinklz.
