Parintins - Page 1



After Manaus we went to Parintins, where they hold an annual Folklore Festival called Boi-Bumba or bull festival. The city is divided into a red section and a blue section, and they compete in teams at the festival. As you can see in the photos, we toured the city in tricycle taxis. Great fun.

Tricycle taxis! How fun that must have been to ride in them. I like how you used red and blue frames in this layout. What a fabulous trip this must have been. Beautiful layout.

Love how you used red & blue frames to echo the red & blue sections of the city. :) It all looks so tropical! Love the big flower you placed behind the photos too.
