Fishing for Piranha

On this river trip we fished for Piranha. There were four caught on our boat, and the crew cooked them, sprinkled them with Manioc Flour (it tasted like cornmeal), and served each of us a bite or two. It was very mild, much like Tilapia. TFL.

Great layout and very interesting about the taste of Piranha's. With all of the bad publicity about them, I never even thought of cooking and eating the little critters. Hmmm! Makes you stop and think.
