The swirl represents Mary's hair, and the jar represents the perfume - to help me visually express and remember this story of extravagant love and devotion toward Christ. My prayer is that my life will express the same love. Most times I'm seriously lacking.

"What wondrous love is this, that you would give your life for me? Mold and shape my life in this love, that I might be a living expression of your love in everything I say and do."

What a beautiful color and the pattern on the paper actually looks like incense (or the aroma of the perfume) flowing through the air. That's a gorgeous font, too and I like how you tucked the verse into the scroll.

One of my favorite stories. I love that Mary was so devoted to Christ. You did a great job expressing it in your layout. What Wondrous Love Is This is also one of my favorite hymns. Karen
