February 2012 Recipe Swap -- Potato Leek Soup
This recipe I took from the Jenny Craig Comfort Cuisine Hearty & Healthy Favorites recipe book. I was on Jenny Craig for about two years and lost over 60 pounds. I hope to get back on the regimen again this year. The food is delicious.

Very attractive card--I'm looking forward to getting this recipe. I like Potato-Leek soup, and a healthy version would be great to have.

Carol - super card! This is one of my favorite soups but I can't seem to find a recipe that doesn't have so much fat! Can't wait to try this!

I haven't had Potato and Leek Soup in years and have long since lost my recipe. So glad to have this one!
