Here's another page for our Italy vacation album. The chefs certainly made it all seem very simple, but I have a feeling they've made pasta once or twice before.

Journaling reads: While visiting Bologna, we were treated to a cooking school. Two chefs demonstrated how to make home-made tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce, veal cutlet, and “rice cake”, which was more like a baked rice pudding. We got to taste everything, and later, for dinner, those items were on the menu so we could eat full portions. YUM!
