  1. What a beautiful garden for you kitty to relax in. Your photos of the flowers, trees, and pampas grass are just lovely and I love how you placed them on the background paper and the shapes that you used.
  2. This is so pretty and I 'adore' that song. I love the girls eyes popping out from among the beautiful flowers and leave cluster. Gorgeous background paper.

    Glorious Autumn

This is just beautiful. The Autumn colors are perfect, the frame is very nice and all the apples make me want to bake an apple pie. Love the little bird and the flower cluster.
  5. Thanks for the 'Foil Overlays' Amanda. I'm so glad that you finished them and I can't wait to use them. You are a peach.

    Tama Zoo Mosaic

This is incredible. That mosaic butterfly is just gorgeous. I love the background with all the squiggles, dots and shots of blue.
  7. Reed is just adorable. I love pumpkins and their wonderful orange color. Great page and I love the background papers.
  8. Beautiful layout. Love the pumpkins in front of the fence, the falling leaves. It all goes so well with the background paper. The framed photo reminds me of a painting that I had on my living room wall. Somehow it got lost when I moved.

  10. I don't know how much longer I'll be able to do layouts. My hands are giving me too much pain between the arthritis and my pointer finger locking on me. Not a happy camper these days. But I still visit the store and make purchases.

I haven't been on for quite awhile and this may be totally off base but just in case. I had a finger that was locking up - they called it trigger finger.  I was told not much they could do and they didn't consider surgery till it was totally unmovable. I got a second opinion and a steroid injection at the base of that finger.  Within days it was moving freely again. I have not seen your previous posts so it may not be the same sort of thing at all … but just in case.  Wishing you the best.

Hi Pat. That is exactly what I have, Trigger Finger. I had cortisone injections at the base of the middle finger first and it worked. Then I had it done to the index finger which is the one that always locks on me. The injection hurt real bad and it didn't help at all. I have arthritis really bad in that finger and that doesn't help. Then I had surgery on both fingers. The middle finger is fine but the index finger still locks and sometimes the pain is so bad that hot wet towels are the only thing that unlocks the finger. But, only for a while.

    Swap for lorac

I love what you did with my photos. The background paper with butterflies is so pretty. I love the frame you used on my Dad's photo and the pretty pink flower and berries. Great use of the photo frames you used on the other photos. And of course I love the pretty pink butterfly. Thank you for the wonderful job you did Diane.

  14. Help! I've lost my mind, and I miss it terribly. I get as far as saving my layout as a PSE Layered File and then I'm lost. I try to save it as a Web Sharing file but no matter what I do, the file stays as PSD.

I think that I finally figured it out.

Just in case, I also save mine as a JPG. I open the jpeg, resize it to 600x400 and when I save I change the DPI from 300 to 72. I add "-web" to the name so I know it's the smaller file.

I never us the "save as web file" option.

  15. I haven't done a layout in a long time. I just finished the layout for the Swap Crop when I realized that I saved it as a PSD, but a flattened PSD file. Now I have to do the layout over from scratch. ?

  16. You know that I love butterflies. This is a Blue Morpho. You took some great photos of the butterfly and your background fits with the photos.

    Grapes

Beautiful page. The grapes remind me of the grape arbor that my grandfather had in his backyard. He grew grapes and then he made his wine. It was real strong Italian wine. Love the sketchy background.
  18. Just checked out of the store. I didn't buy that much, as I already had a lot of the product that is being retired. I've been with Scrap Girls since November 2007 and so I've got a huge, huge, huge amount of product.

That sounds like me, Carol. I started in August of 2010! My list is mostly small stuff, since I, too, have a lot of the retiring kits.

  19. I was copying what was in my wish list and pasted it into a word document. Then I lost all of my wish list. Now I have to add everything back to my list. I don't know what or why it happened.

You did a great job on this layout. I love the photo of the silver dragonfly and spider web. How did you manage to get such a beautiful closeup? You used a great collection and templates.

This is beautiful. Love how you changed the photo of your darling kitty into a wonderful painting. I spot the little mouse popping up from behind your photo. Too Cute!
  23. You designers are killing me. I just looked at all the 'new' product and again, I blew my budget to smithereens. What gorgeous product you gals are putting out.
