    Aside from my liver giving me problems, I've been in bed with the flu, fever, sinus headaches and I'm off balance. I'm so tired of being sick.

    I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. I spent it in the hospital, but I did have turkey for dinner. I have what they call non-alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver. They had to drain fluid out of my abdomen and send it out for testing. My oxygen level was low so I had to go on oxygen. I had so much blood work done on me I felt like a pincushion. I came home on Friday night. I'm on two different diuretics and a very low sodium diet. Crikey!

      Thanks for all your good wishes. I'm starting to feel a little better. I have an appointment with my GI this week and I hope she will have some good news for me. I've lost four pounds, which of course is all water retention.

    Snowed yesterday and had to cancel my trip to see the Peter Max exhibit. It's still on until the end of December, so I hope we can go another time. Expecting more snow today.

      Yikes more snow.I can say that is one thing I do not miss about the north. I hope get another chance to go see the exhibit. It's chilly here but supposed to get up into the low 70's today...its ok.

    I've been without internet, phone, and tv service for the past few days. ConEd shut down our electricity for 15 minutes on Tuesday while they were fixing something in our complex. That blew everything out and we had to get the Verizon Cable guy come and fix everything. So now everything is up and running. Woo Hoo!

    I forgot all about DSD today. I hope to make the 9pm chat. Adobe just released Photoshop Elements 2019. I downloaded the 'free trial' to play with and see what's new and different from PSE15.

    I don't know how much longer I'll be able to do layouts. My hands are giving me too much pain between the arthritis and my pointer finger locking on me. Not a happy camper these days. But I still visit the store and make purchases.

      I haven't been on for quite awhile and this may be totally off base but just in case. I had a finger that was locking up - they called it trigger finger.  I was told not much they could do and they didn't consider surgery till it was totally unmovable. I got a second opinion and a steroid injection at the base of that finger.  Within days it was moving freely again. I have not seen your previous posts so it may not be the same sort of thing at all … but just in case.  Wishing you the best.

      Hi Pat. That is exactly what I have, Trigger Finger. I had cortisone injections at the base of the middle finger first and it worked. Then I had it done to the index finger which is the one that always locks on me. The injection hurt real bad and it didn't help at all. I have arthritis really bad in that finger and that doesn't help. Then I had surgery on both fingers. The middle finger is fine but the index finger still locks and sometimes the pain is so bad that hot wet towels are the only thing that unlocks the finger. But, only for a while.

      Have you tried using your waco tablet yet? My fingers are so much better since I got mine many years ago. Can’t live without it now. I did have my trigger finger repaied, and have had no problems si ce then, not being able to creat sucks. Take care Carol.

    Help! I've lost my mind, and I miss it terribly. I get as far as saving my layout as a PSE Layered File and then I'm lost. I try to save it as a Web Sharing file but no matter what I do, the file stays as PSD.

      I think that I finally figured it out.

      Just in case, I also save mine as a JPG. I open the jpeg, resize it to 600x400 and when I save I change the DPI from 300 to 72. I add "-web" to the name so I know it's the smaller file.

      I never us the "save as web file" option.

    I haven't done a layout in a long time. I just finished the layout for the Swap Crop when I realized that I saved it as a PSD, but a flattened PSD file. Now I have to do the layout over from scratch. ?

    Just checked out of the store. I didn't buy that much, as I already had a lot of the product that is being retired. I've been with Scrap Girls since November 2007 and so I've got a huge, huge, huge amount of product.

    I was copying what was in my wish list and pasted it into a word document. Then I lost all of my wish list. Now I have to add everything back to my list. I don't know what or why it happened.

      Carol, I also got that message on most of these links you shared so the problem is possibly not yours but the artist who shared the link has not done it correctly.

    Unfortunately, my hand was acting up again and I was unable to do any of the challenges for Sale-a-Bration week. I attended some of the chats, but that is as far as I got. I'm going to try and at least get a new siggy done.

      My hands are still giving me problems, so I'm trying to stay off of the computer and not use my hands, which is not an easy thing to do. But I popped into the store and purchased a few more items. Thanks Angie for keeping the store open for another night.

      Oh funny, I was just looking at my Summer version of my Siggie and thinking how I hadn’t changed it in probably two years.   Funny thing is, Summer keeps coming back so it’s in style again now.

    A shooting at a Houston high school happened this morning. I just heard they caught the shooter and he is under arrest. I hope all the kids and teachers are okay.
