Well - many of you beat me to all the compliments! I adore this LO. The colors are perfect & the little Santa was actually a photo of a cheese spreader that Sara made into that embellishment. The group photo was sort of dark, and Sara did a great job lightening it and brushing it. It the swirl glittery? I cannot tell for sure. Just beautiful! Thank you. -
the left i have never actual done a two-page LO. this is my first. -
The right side with journaling: Every year we take the same vacation. Towards mid-July we overload our trailer and squeeze into our large SUV for a 15 hour road trip from Washington to the California Redwoods. That is where we go to spend 2 weeks of relaxation and obtain our spiritual food. I have been going there, with my parents, since I was a teenager. When Delvin and I started dating he came with me and fell in love with the place. That is where Delvin proposed to me. Now, we head down with 3 kids and park ourselves there for 2 weeks. My parents have been coming every year and our campsite is right next to theirs. The kids have a lot of room to play. We spend our days pulling kids around in a wagon from meeting to meeting, and the occasional trip to get some ice cream. We always stop at the burger bar at least once in order to support the Pathfinders, but we really go because the veggie-burgers there are the best! It is always a sad day to pack up and go home. The kids whimper about a year being a long time to wait until we return. The trailer is overloaded, we squeeze into our large SUV and begin the long drive home. -

WOW! how neat. the fading from b&w to color is beautiful. I also like the way you have mixed and matched all of the word art. i am always afraid to mix things up and this lo does it so well it is an inspiration. -
The use of the B&W photo really highlights the winter feel for your lo. Perfect selection of products to accent your winter wonderland! Brrrr. -
i really love this lo. i like to take really close, macro shots like this pone, but rarely get one i can use. not only is this a great photo, but the layout really highlights Baby. The snow on his beak is so cute!
