Just got the word about my next grandchild. My daughter does not like having ultrasounds but the homebirth system she is using this time required it due to Government funding. Well, my layouts for this upcoming baby will be... BLUE

Now we are all settled in our new little home, Ken decided after all we have been through it was time for a little holiday. Tomorrow we head to a seaside town for four nights. I am looking forward to morning walks on the beach.

Today we ordered my new computer and will pick it up next Wednesday. I just hope there is no problems with installing my Photoshop CS6.

I have just returned from a little holiday at a very Australian bush setting even with kangaroos hopping past our caravan and eating grass at night near our van. So with it being in a fairly remote area I could not get any internet. Hope everyone here are doing well.

I popped in here yesterday and discovered the Project Faith and decided I will try and be more active here again as I do enjoy using Scrap Girl Products and still have my huge stash of them.

My craft workstation my husband was making for me is now finished an in my craft room. Now just need to do some rearranging of things and I am all set to get stuck into some papercrafts.

A very strange feeling seeing a for sale sign sitting in our front yard.

I decided to do an experiment. I popped in here using Internet Explorer instead of my Chrome browser and I can now see the ad at the top. I wonder why with Chrome it does not show up? I am not complaining as I prefer not seeing the add as they would not apply to me living here in Australia.

I think it depends more on the add-ons you have for a particular browser than where you live. For example, I can see the ads on IE because I don't do anything with IE and haven't added anything to it. However, I used Firefox all the time and have added an ads blocker so I don't see ads on any sites that I visit. Your IP address will dictate the ads you see, making sure that they are local. HTH

Busy packing..... no time for any scrapbooking... but still time to pop in and see what is happening here.

From tomorrow I will be offline for a few days. Ken and I are heading off for a three night little holiday at a small river/beachside town. I have even promised Ken that I will go fishing with him.

Sadly our plans have changed. This will be the first Christmas Ken and I will spend on our own in our 29 years of marriage. Daughter and son-in-law phoned at lunch time about an hour before we planned to leave our home, to ask us not to come. They had a friend stay this week who left yesterday and that person now has definite symptoms of Covid.

I just reached 10,000 posts! I know I way behind so many others here but it still feels good to reach this milestone.

Today we organised the final payment for our new home and will be moving in next week. I just realised that we have moved to a state with daylight saving so I will need to re-calculate times for taking part in chats.

Just back from being away on a little holiday in our caravan. We were so close to the ocean that at night I fell asleep to the sound of the waves. It is a place we possibly will return to again next year. Now I need to catch up on my Project Life pages.

You may not see me here for a few days. Tomorrow off to visit my daughter and her family and will be bringing back three little girls to have a sleep over at Grandma and Poppas until Tuesday.

My new grandchild still has not arrived. He has not arrived early like his three sisters did. A friend told me that boys are sometimes slow in all areas of life.

The current Scrap Simple Club kit is so nice I decided to sign for 6 months membership again. So I also decided it was time I signed up for the monthly Collection Club as well.

Everything is now installed on my new computer.... so watch out hopefully some layouts will appear in the gallery this week.

Still no new grandchild. I think my daughter may be correct in saying her due date is the 14th. It was the midwife who gave an earlier date.

Every time the phone rings now I will be thinking it could be news that my grandson is on his way into this world.

In a few hours I will be leaving to have Christmas Eve with my daughter and her family. Then Christmas day with my older sister and stay for two days. Following that 2 nights back in the town where we used to live to catch up with my last surviving Aunt and friends. I will not have computer access again properly until next Tuesday. May you all have safe and happy Christmas celebrations.

Christmas Blessings to you all. It is Christmas Eve here Down Under and tomorrow I will be going to my sister and her family for two nights so I will not be online until we return. See you all then.
