    I am trying to catch up on a few Project Life pages as I will be away from the computer from Wednesday next week until the following Monday as Ken and I head off on a short cruise in celebration of our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Before we return home we will have a night with my daughter where we will have a family dinner out also in celebration.

    I am very happy! Today an EHD saved from our flooded home is working  as previously it would not work. It has some older digi products with lots of Scrap Girls items.

      You are right, of course. I meant to say it will bring you to the home page. But at the home page you can click on "forum"... or any other part of the site. Hope that helps!

    I could not resist the great sale so I borrowed some money and hope to use one of my new purchases for my Project Life Page I need to do.

    I finished typing up my yearly letter to send with cards and it was a long one with all that happened in my life this year. Now to write out all the cards and address the envelopes!

      I never do that. Kudus to you and everyone who does it each year. I send messages through the internet. . . Facebook or WhatsApp, since I have family scattered all over the world.

      Yep, I do the same still - my mom started it ... I used to take the POV of the kids, now their adults, maybe I should take the POV of my granddog!

      I really love reading yearly newsletters in Christmas cards and look forward to them each year.  My friend even saves hers for me to see since I know most of the people!   Amy, I think you should take your granddog!   My sister sends photos of her dogs dressed up for christmas in her cards each year.

    I have just now completed an online course in Infection Prevention and Control  which will enable me to return to my volunteering in Aged Care tomorrow. I am so looking forward to returning.

    I just finished my fifth and final page for the December to Remember Project. I enjoyed working with the different prompts. Thank you to the hosts of this. Now I need to do some tidying up and backing up on my computer to get ready for a new year and a new decade!

    I may not be around much for iNSD as we are meeting up today with daughter and family then bringing two of the children home with us for a sleep over. I should be able to attend the Build a Taco chat. So looking forward to catching up with some of you then.

    I needed to make a sympathy card for my Brother-in-law whose sister died yesterday so I made sure I used something from my Scrap Girls stash to make the card.

    I now have my new laptop and am busy setting it all up. Sadly the EHDs my daughter saved from my flooded home does not include my newest ones that had all my current Scrap Girl products so I will need to use mostly older items.

      Happy to hear you have a new laptop. I hope you've contacted Angie about your files. She will resend any SG files that are still available. I'm glad you were able to save some things from the flood, but those kinds of losses are heartbreaking. I know a lot of people say they're just things, but there are so many memories associated with them.  All but the main house on my dad's property burned several years ago. When you're evacuating, you think you have all the important things, but even years later, we're finding some things were burned that we didn't realize were still in the guest house and shop.

      So sorry to hear that your were flooded Anne Marie, we have relatives at Keith Hall that were flooded as well.  Horrible..  Hope you are sorting things out.   Losing everything is very traumatic.  We had that experience years ago with Cyclone Tracey..

    In 12 hours my husband and I are flying off interstate to visit his sister and her husband and will be away 4 nights. It is not so much a holiday as the brother-in-law is dying of asbestosis.

    In a few hours I will be leaving to have Christmas Eve with my daughter and her family. Then Christmas day with my older sister and stay for two days. Following that 2 nights back in the town where we used to live to catch up with my last surviving Aunt and friends. I will not have computer access again properly until next Tuesday.  May you all have safe and happy Christmas celebrations.
