The black and white photos on the blue looks great. This is a great start to your year.
  8. Barb, like I said to Marilyn... The word LIGHT is just as it is in the kit I used by Syndee. I needed to change the colour of the butterfly to match the H. Thankyou for your comment.

  14. @Vianna If you use the style already shared you would use it on a fine font and then put a fairly large shadow to give the effect of what you have shared. You might need to play around the shadow and depending on what program you use... move it a little and also play around with the layer style itself to make it look like you want it to.

Good for you, A-M! I plan to post my 5th one later today, if all goes well. I wish you a very happy and fulfilling New Year and I hope to continue to see you in the forum and gallery. ❤️

  22. With today being 30th here in Australia already, I created my last page for this month's December to Remember and chose the prompt for today. When I thought about what was the favorite moment for this year I thought the most outstanding happening this year was my Son-in-law finding out he had a brother he never knew about. The photo in my layout shows how happy they were and the brother was seeing photos of his biological mother for the first time. I left out the name for privacy reasons. If you want to see my page it is in the gallery HERE I have enjoyed this month working with the prompts. Thankyou to the hosts for this event.
  23. I chose to create a page about my son-in-laws favorite moment which was very special to all of us. Michael grew up as an only child which made this event so much more special.
