I wrote that tutorial! I am so excited you tried and you did an amazing job with all the elements you added. Cropping involves masks. My next tutorial shows how but in the meantime... Double tap on what you want to crop until blue dots appear. Then move the blue dots to make the crop smaller. You can also slide the mask slider that appears to enlarge the pic within the blue dots. I think you found the text because you have Mud Pies at the top. Tap on the text and use the paintbrush icon in the upper right to change the font, color and style. I love your layout.
