About me: I think I'm kind of off beat, dance to my own rythym ::cheesy grin::. I looove to read, before our fire I had two rooms ( i missss my house so badly ) to myself for my hobbies. I had four walls X two filled with books. Books from First Editions, to Original Bachman books (Little experiment Stephen King did to see if we would like his writing as Richard Bachman, not SK...no one did lolol) I had my books from childhood, from friends (those I miss badly) I had those that I re-read every year and that were falling apart at the seams...I am re-building my collection, in this economy though, it's pretty pathetic and sad. I love to write and I want to be published..wait, I WILL BE someday. I feel that deep in my heart.

I sometimes feel left out of many scrap opportunities because I happened to come from a mother who decided too late that she didn't want a child. I wish so badly to be able to do a 'mother' layout and have it NOT be ME writing about ME and how I am with my kids. But, I can't. Um, my dad also...they were very young and married at 15 (yes, 15) and wonder why that didn't work out? So, I was raised mainly by my paternal grandmother and grandfather..you will see some BEAUTIFUL photos of them as young people in my LO's. I am still so new to PS that I am TERRIFIED to show my few LO's. I am not used to being so NERVOUS! But, really, we put SO much of ourselves in scrapping - it's a very personaly thing to put out there for others to comment on.

and I got tubes ties lol....look at the dates above, can you see that we in the Mid-west get bored during the winter months? Lol, there are many babies born around here from March to June LOL!

I have a Grandbaby...AYDEN Michael Christopher and he is...omg, he's my HEART. They live with us, and it's tough-food is getting hard to keep in the house, but I am determined to be Opposite of my mother..so, sacrifices are made.

I adore Ayden, he's such a funny, smart, cuddly kid..and although Meg is young and I had other dreams for her, she is actually ahead in schooling by online homeschooling. She is devoted to having not a job, series of jobs - but a career. She is also - a beautiful kind mother. All the pride in the world isn't enough to say how that makes me feel.

My boys are typical 12 and 13 year olds. They love each other-then they are beating the crud out of each other. This year began the 'liking the same girl' phase...let me give you all some advice if you have boys close in age. SKIP THIS PART! lol. Send them to seperate coasts! This is SO bad...oh Lordy, let me tell you.

Lets's see...then Savannah. Boy, I saved up all the "AAAAAAAAAHHH" and passed it to her, I think. Savannah is a whirlwind, a talking. NONSTOP talking, fast, blur of a child. She talks about NOTHING, everything, in her sleep, in class, and imagination? I told her that it's ok now, at nine, to have this creative mind - but in a few years.."creative imagination" is called big fat liar or people making the "coo koo!!" sign behind her back, lol.

She has been diagnosed ADHD, but I haven't given her med. I am afraid of depressing that spirit...and what dr. says is adhd..to me so far is a spirited young girl.

Anyway, if you read my intro post you also know that after 16 years together, my husb. and I are talking divorce - not just talking, planning.

It's not just one thing, no cheating, hitting, gambling lol...just not the same 2 people who married each other, I guess.

Maybe I'm in shock but I can't even get sad by this, I'm more afraid. Like, Hmm..if I am not introduced as Frank's wife...who am I?

I love photography and I have a $200 digi. camera but I long for a canon with the lenses big as your head! well maybe not, but you get idea!

Scrap-wise...I am going to try to enter many contests because I want to enter layouts with scrapgirls stuff...but my wallet won't let me have any money at this time, lol.

pinks and browns blue is my favorite color (all shades) blues with browns or mint green green with pink a little white with all those looks clean and lovely.

layered cardstock, papers, lots of layers in my LO's

for paper scrapping I love rounded corners and journaling

my work may tend to be a bit dark right now, bear with me as I find the sun again

Oh, I scrap with Photoshop Elements 7 ..and I mean I try, I just bought it, literally 6 days ago.

Sometimes I GIMP, because it was free I had it first.

I 30 day trialed PS CS4 and I LOVED that....then I saw the cost and I was like...hello? are you serious?

Which is why I PSE ! lol
