      Well, 2nd batch came out good. I recooked the 1st batch then beat the H*ll out of it and it is passable. lol

      Hmmm...first batch done. Think I over-beat the egg whites. It's really heavy gooey now. Looking at a different recipe to try. :-(

    Off to the Dr. to have stitches removed (DH's stitches). Unzipped the club and took a peek; it is beautiful.
