I havn't burnt myself being a passenger on a motorbike

but I have climbed a dormant volcano (its only Rangitoto Island in the Hauraki Gulf near where I live)

    Oh wow, cool, Jane!

I have not climbed a dormant volcano but I have baked and decorated over 70 little tiny Gingerbread Houses this Christmas!

Here’s a sampling of the first bunch!

  3. Oooohhh... :(

I have not ridden an e-bike and fallen off it, but I have been a passenger on a motorcycle and gotten a nasty 3rd degree burn on my leg from the tail pipe. :)

(that was a long one - of course, it was suggested that I put on long pants and remember not to put my leg down when stopped, but I kept on my shorts and forgot and put my leg down;  that was a nasty burn that required a lot of care but happily after a year or so it was fine and now barely a scar!)

yes we call the biscuit 'crackers' you eat with cheese as well :) but these as you know have paper hats in them so we all look daft sitting eating Christmas dinner in them.

Yes, it was funny the few years someone brought them to our Christmas but everyone was good sports and wore their crowns or hats.

Happy New Year!  So funny, we really don’t have those crackers, but once my cousin’s husband brought them to our Christmas as an English tradition his family always did.   And, funny, I’d think of them as poppers when I said “crackers” I thought of them as the ones you eat with cheese. :D

Silverdale  (it used to be a little sleepy village up the road from us but with all the new housing development its just a horrid sprawl now :( )

Oh, too bad.  That happens around here too.
