i feel like everything that comes to mind after reading this has already been said in previous comments, but whatever... i have to say it anyway. i see the word "wisdom" used throughout the comments here and i must say that was the word that came to mind 1/2 way through reading your journaling... long before i read these comments. i can relate to your thoughts and revelations here soooooooooooooo well. i even said to my husband just this past week as we were sifting through what was going on with us (as journaled in my own layout) that one of my biggest problems is that i expect there to be no problems. it gets me in trouble alllll the time. so for me personally... the "therapy" in your words here not only serve as a way of expressing yourself... but as a reminder and a visual... one that i see myself totally coming back to during the next rough season that i'm sure lies ahead... that will truly contribute to my getting through. (omg... did that even make sense?? well... it does in my mind and trust me... the timing of my reading this... it has stopped me dead in my tracks. it's kind of funny sometimes how we randomly do things and it never occurs to us that it can impact someone else's life. thank you for putting this out there... it feels as if it was literally put out there to speak into and confirm life as i know it today. wow.
