Leaving this afternoon for Thanksgiving festivities... I'll miss SG's over the weekend! I will come back with lots of new scrapping fodder, though, so that's a plus.

Still in camper in KY - heavy, heavy rain all night last night and even heavier this morning.....oh, I do not want to be on the interstate with this weather!

Jon is a perfect example of how the journey is just as important, if not more so than the destination. He loves puzzles and will work diligently putting together up to 60 piece puzzles by himself (not bad for a 3 year old, proud Mama). As soon as he has the last piece placed, he puts his hands up, says "Yeah!" and then promptly breaks it up.

After Thanksgiving, I think a shopping trip for winter/Christmas collections will be needed!

Too many things to do this week to get creative!

I got early Christmas gifts this weekend...my first SLR camera (a little intimidating) and Photoshop CS5! Along with a new laptop that is capable of processing it. Sooo excited!

We thought DD2 was going back to school tomorrow after a week home with fever. She spiked a temp at 7:30 pm! Home again, poor thing. She cried!

Wonders how one small little thyroid gland can cause so much grief!

I am new to digital scrapping. Since 2001 I have been scrapbooking my life and thoroughly enjoy it. But . . . since I also like to play on the computer and am learning to do things through TAFE (Technical and Further Education) in programs like Publisher, my taste buds are drivelling at the thought of doing digital scrapping.

Please pray for my son in law. He was sent to ER for super high blood pressure. Heart attack level and pray for mmy daughter who is frantic right now. ty
