Bert Remsen (1925-1999)was my mother's cousin. He became a well known character actor in both film and TV. After breaking his back, he thought his acting career was over and became a casting director. But in 1970 he resumed his acting career, only using a cane to walk. He also won a purple heart in WWII. This is a photo of me and my husband in 1971, about a year before we married. I used Syndee Nuckles's Cinnamon Suede kit.

I used Syndee Nuckles's Persimmon kit. I added a mask from Endless Deep and a border from Cryztal Rain.

My sister lives near Letchworth State Park in western New York where a company offers hot air balloon rides. They often land in surrounding farmer's fields. One landed right across the road from her house, so my nephew took me right up to it in his ATV. It was a common sight to them, but so exciting to me! I added a raised texture from Shadow House Creations and word art from Pixel Gypsy.
