Going digital doesn't mean you have to stop, lol.? I design Faith-Journaling collections. You can go full digital, or print and do hybrid. I also do "actual" journaling- in all three ways; Art Journal(as in notebook), Journaling Bible, and digital/hybrid. @alsoarty

There's a big ole elephant in my room standing in the way of my motivation today! I'm trying to figure out how to move him so I can finish the project of sorting clothes I started yesterday! He just isn't moving!

We had a TERRIFIC family time on Sat.eve with DD, DS, DIL, DH and myself. We went to an Ethiopian restaurant in Charlotte. The food was very good, and we had a cultural exchange. Everything was on ONE huge platter and you ate it without silverware! Injera, a flat, spongy, floppy bread was you tool It was hilarious! See my FB page for pics!

I have a confession. When I taught at Christ For The Nations in Dallas, there was a teacher's lunch where we each brought dishes from our nations. My son's teacher was from Ethiopia. She brought Injera. I tasted it and gagged. So when they brought our food, I was silently panicking. I didn't want to spoil our time together (DS gets very upset if I reject food at a restaurant), but I KNEW that stuff!! Thankfully I was able to eat it with the other dishes. But I prefer Indian...

When we communicate on the computer, we are limited in my opinion as to how others might interpret what you type and how you word it. Please take the time to reread what you are typing to others because feelings do get hurt. I'm just trying to say that it might come across in a negative way and we do not want that here. Everyone is here to help.

All's well here at home. We got home late last night and found our home exactly as we left it (but with a whole lot of tree debris in the very soggy yard). Glad to be back!!

Thinking tonight about the two Louisiana deputies, ambushed and shot to death today. My heart goes out to LE there and to their families tonight. Rest in Peace, brothers - others will take the calls from here.
