AHA_Birdsong Sasha prefers being inside but when the dogs are napping or otherwise occupied she likes to sneak out for fresh air. Watching the squirrels and chatters at the birds is a favorite past time but she won’t go outside unless we leave the door open. Late at night when nobody is awake she’ll sneak out the dog door. -

I think they're doing away with Picasa and switching to Google Photos so you might check that out. I'm a PC girl, too and thinking of going back to Picasa when I found the info and wonder if they'll set it up in a similar way. One tip for PC is that you can search from your search bar in your computer and it will search whatever you type in. Good luck with the Mac side!

I had this issue a few years ago with a laptop that I bought specifically for photoshop, CAD and heavy programs. I think the programs update and improve so rapidly that our hardware just can't keep up. Here is a link from one of several sources I often find helpful. It may just changing your settings or upgrading memory or hard drives. I miss my laptop and the ability to work wherever I want.
