  1. No wonder you do so well at camping and traveling - you've been doing it always! I like the map that shows where you've been! This is a net page, done like a travel book. The way you catalog the different types of travel is really, really cool. I don't think I have seen anything quite like it!
  2. You are such inspiration for how to do retirement right! It is wonderful how much you travel and socialize. I really like your approach on this layout as well. The tabs with the months and that neat alpha make this page really draw you in even without a photo.
  3. I love the way your journaling strip looks like a bookmark to go with your photobooks, and you tell us all about how they got started and how SG is part of that! That is a wonderful collection, and I imagine you have the best time looking back through them from time to time.
  4. Oh my, this is really stunning. The art dolls are incredible with their dresses edges in doilies. I really like the way you made the heart and brush look like a rising sun. Tons of symbolism. Just wow.

    My Story Pets

These are so adorable. You have inspired me to go back into old photo albums to find images of our pets from back in the day. I like your journaling and the photo of you as a kid! That one of Samantha snuggled up to the bear rug is hilarious.

    week14

Sounds like a fun and interesting week. Border collies are amazing. Seeing them in sheep herding demonstrations is a real treat. Great photos.
  7. What a neat compilation! I would have to really sit and think of my various jobs over the years! When I was in college, I remember one year I had three jobs at once, but each only giving me about 6-12 hours a week because the economy was such a wreck here in the Midwest at the time. I love how you added so many embellishments to go with your various jobs. You must be so accomplished at the seamstress skills. Love the way you layered these papers and put the text blocks in front of the solid papers.
  8. Of course there needs to be a photo of you and Sir Roderick! Love it. Love the smile on your face!
  9. Oh, what a beautiful sentiment! I love the way you have a bird outline and then one filled with watercolor. This is wonderful.
  10. What a fun tradition! I did not know there were that many flavors of Klondike bars. (Hanging head in embarrassment - I'm not sure I've tried one before). Love the simple background and the humor the grizzly bear brings to the page. What a great idea to repeat the bear from the packaging.
  11. Wow - what a great extraction! I like how you layered your own image in with the heart and the word strips. Great mix of colors and nice title work! Tracy, you've been so eloquent about what SG has meant to you in the various threads, and it is so nice to see it here as a layout you can keep. Thanks for all your upbeat and fun layouts. I always look forward to them.
  12. What fun you must have on these trips! I am sure it is a new favorite thing. I like how grungy and masculine this page feels. You have pulled together so many kits in a wonderful layout.

    This is Me

So neat to see the images of you packaged in this way! Thanks for sharing it on the recent Game thread!
  14. Oh, my, that is quite the pack! I bet you can't pick a favorite! Who could? I really like the way you handled the title and I like the way you worked with an angled photo with the way the dogs are all looking up. It is a neat perspective, enhanced by the layout.

    Smiles

What a great quote. Such pretty papers. And yes, a great smile!
  16. Oh, the photo colorizing on this is so neat and goes so well with the kit. It looks vintage, but probably is not. Great cluster. Charlotte clearly adores Coconut!

    Bo...

Your title looks really nice with all that patterned paper. You always impress me with all that pattern, and yet I am looking right at the fun images! Bo looks like he had fun with the duck!

    Fort Worth

Okay, I am a little jealous. I didn't realize you could have a steer ride when I was at Fort Worth Stockyards! What a photo! I bought this same kit just for my Fort Worth photos! Looks great.
  19. Nice photos celebrating each person! I like how well the images show up against the dark background and you you framed them with map paper.
  20. I love your use of this kit - I have it and seem to always use it for period things, but here is has a real sunshine wedding feel. Your title and cluster are fab. That photo is very sweet and hearing the story of dating and marriage was really nice.
  21. It is so wonderful to see photos of you and Jay so young! Look at those long, blond locks! You have talked often about living in Germany, but here it really has a chronology to it, along with real affection. Thanks for sharing.
  22. What interesting journaling. I admit to not thinking about early school days in a long time, but I bet school age grandkids would be very interested and to see how school used to be different. Mentioning people they would know makes it special, too. I like how you have obvious sections to the page, but the topic is so bold. I was absorbed! Thanks for the text in the description box.
  23. What great photos and more of the colorizing. Your family is very big, and it must have been wonderful growing up with such a crowd. Your page is really beautiful.
