Finally summer, a sunny "lazy day". I baked some blueberries sweet bread, and we're planning to watch some movie and hopefully I'll have some time to scrap a couple of pages, hope you all are doing well. Happy weekend dear ladies!

@beatricemi dear, it took me time to learn to "create" new recipes, and find a good sugar substitute, but I found something named Stevia crystal -mix of stevia and erythritol-. So basically I tried to make my own ice cream -using coffee cream, stevia with erythritol, egg whites and vanilla or whatever another taste- In case that is just sorbet, I mix 1 egg white, frozen berries and stevia with erythritol in a blender and the taste is simply delicious. For the bread, I'm using almond flour, chia seeds, apple cider vinegar, stevia with erythritol and if necessary a little bit water. Opps sorry, I'm writing a newspaper here. But believe me, it's possible to bake, cook and enjoy good food with no sugar, and low-carb. Wishing you a wonderful day dear lady ❤️

I thank from the bottom of my heart all the fun, I enjoyed so much the weekend.
I tried to complete the Scrap-a-thon, but a BAD migraine didn't allow it, sorry dear ladies, for my lacking of participation. Hoping the next year, the migraine doesn't attack.
