I would like to know which is best.... uploading layouts to "member" gallery or into Albums? Pros vs Cons?
I am a CT member for one of the designers in the store. Is there a way that I can tag her to see the layouts? I don't have the option to upload to her... only challenge, member gall, etc...

Only the designers can upload to thee designer galleries. CT Members that aren't on the SG Team usually create Member Galleries for their CT layouts. You will want to create an album to keep them contained in the member gallery. In order to tag her, simply use the @ followed by her SG forum username in your description, and she should get a notification.
