    Anniversary fourth page

I'm in the middle of scrapbooking our most recent wedding anniversary getaway. This is the 4th page, the tram ride at the nature park. I wanted to try and build my own embellishments, so I took on the filmstrips and post it notes. They both need some tweaking, but I'm okay with them so far. I used the fonts of Lauren C Brown & Bank Gothic. The post it note was built with help from Janee's photoshop tutorials. I also am getting use to the Warp transform tool for the photo. *I know there are 2 typos in the journaling... I've fixed them but didn't want to re-upload the page! Sorry!*
  2. A few days after Christmas, we came across a fishing boat braving the cold weather. One of the boat's passengers was a man dressed in a santa costume (an after Christmas sale?). The scene made me laugh so hard I drove home, got my camera and caught a few shots on film. I guess that after the busy holiday, Santa even deserved a little down time! I used the fonts of Artistamp and Campaign. The fishing lure & reel are stock photos from ixc.hu.
  3. My husband loves Cadbury Eggs. Each Easter season he anticipates the candy's release. This year his best bud gave him more eggs than he knew what to do with! I used the fonts Witched & Rockwell. The background was designed to look like the gooey "yolk" center of the egg.

    Always Behind!

Thanks for sharing this technique! I love it. I'm going to attempt it sometime soon. This is one of my favorite layouts. Isn't digital scrapbooking great?

    A Night Out

This was our most recent "Night Out" with our friends in Bible Study. The fonts are Chinese Takeout and Bank Gothic. The other elements I created in Photoshop.

    wii_scrapbook.jpg

This is my monochromatic page as part of my digi scrap challenge. I wanted to capture the fun and insanity of our new Wii.
  7. You need a comment! Just wanted to say that your LO's are great! Can't wait to see more!

  8. That is absolutely hilarious Tammy! The eyes look so well blended and just like that pet artist. I really like the way you curved the fonts in the title. Along with the flower and fun background paper, it gives it a whimsical feeling..
  9. The background paper and rough/ tough design you made just scream "Football"... love it!!

    Best Friends

Although this layout title might seem to indicate the subjects are best friends, it was really an attempt to showcase how beautiful my best friend is. When she is with her cats or in her classroom, her compassion and patience seems to shine through. I sure love and appreciate her. The fonts used were Bickhan Script Pro and Birch Std. The lace was given to me from a friend, and I altered it in Photoshop.

    Football#2

Shelly I love the way your photos are "hanging" from the dominant photo. Great idea!!!

    Pumpkin Carving

This double page spread is in honor of our annual pumpkin carving tradition. The font is Black Jar. The arrows are from photoshop (with some filters thrown on). The papers are done with different colors in photoshop also.

    Halloween

I made this layout inspired by a logo I designed recently. I love the silhouette effect of the guys. The font was Magic School.

    womack_wedding_lowres.jpg

Womack Wedding layout was done to complete a weekly challenge. I used the Campain font for the W, Amazone for the title and Times (stretched out) for the copy.

    klein_wedding_1_lowres.jpg

This page was done for my little sister's wedding. She was just so beautiful that day, I wanted to capture it. The font I used was Scriptina (my #1 favorite!) and Palatino Linotype or Times... can't remember.
