I somehow threw my back out yesterday, it was a long night of ice/heat and propping legs up while lying on the bed...ugh. So glad to have the wkend to rest. I can sit in chair for a bit so will spend the wkend scrapping a bit to get my mind off the pain and lying on couch binge watching shows.

  Thx everyone. I am going to physio and its going take some time to get back to normal. I have arthritis in my back/hips but its never flared like this before. I can't sit in my lazyboy chair, only a hard back wood chair or my computer chair for a short period of time and then need to lay on floor or in bed with knees up. Ugh. I'll not be around much for the next wk or so as I have to concentrate on CT duties elsewhere when I can and not much time for personal scrappy time right now.
