    I do what Marilyn does, but use PSCC 2024. Sometimes I'll drag all the letters onto an altogether new document by themselves, orient them to one another as desired, then collapse them all into one layer. Then put them onto the working document and size it all as one layer wherever you want. Yes, it can be tedious. I avoided alphas altogether for alot of years for exactly this reason. But play around with your work flow and find what works for you. In time I promise you'll be comfortable and learn to love your alpha collection.

    This is very cool. The extraction looks fantastic, and the background blending is perfect. The large title drew me right in. Really fun layout.

    This is so cool Debby! I love the little fishies and jellies overlaying the photo. The linear brushwork on the left is a great balance to your linear journaling on the right! So fun that we both did linear journaling. The titleing looks so good. The raised blocks gives extra depth that makes the picture look like we're right in the tank! This was such a fun day, I can't wait to meet up with you again! Maybe I'll come down and go swimming with you and the manatees.

    What's better than a pink flamingo! That flamingo paper is pretty cool and you blended it nicely so the print is effective and not overwhelming. It's nice to see a picture of you! I also see a hint too!

    Everything about this perfectly done. The industrial elements and that riveted alpha are pretty amazing. The torn mask really contributes to that old and worn feeling that the mine exhibits. Kind of cool that we have such diverse options in the shop! Your journaling drew me right in, eager to read every word to see how the story ends.

    Oh yes - this looks like a must try! I like the simple design. The vertical stripes looks like the fold of an envelope. Really pretty.

    Love the crisp clean lines on this. And that alpha is beautiful. The script with the alpha has such a nice flow. The soft angle of the photos complements the action about to take place! Beautiful layout.

    Hi @Celestine - thank you for your kind words! The background is a paper from the collection. The spot where the photo is is also part of the paper. I extracted that portion out and made a mask from it. I really liked the way it fit the elbow of my dad's arm. Even the word spot on the left where the location is typed in is part of the paper. The block alpha is straight out of the box also - no change in opacity, just no shadow on it. Thank you again!
