    Okay, I was able to open a new 12x12 page. I added a paper from my stock. Now I'm trying to add layers. How do I open the layers panel on the right side of the screen?

    I'm back after not scrapbooking for a few years. I had trouble (and still do) with the upgrades. I really need help with just starting a scrapbook page -- start new page, import elements, etc. All the other new developments can wait --- I just want to make a simple page and go on from there.
