BarbieK  Hi - can someone tell me how to determine that i have a secure checkout? I go to the page for my credit card ## but don't see the lock on the top of the page.

once you log into the store you will see the address change so it begins with "https:" that means you are on a secure site.

BarbieK  i wanted to do the organization an have never tried "Chat" - i get an error with the Java. I've got PC with Windows Vista.

it says Class Format Error. What is the latest version? I went to the sites suggested on the chat page but was not sure what version to get??

I think the latest is Java 7.
