chriszabelle  question ladies.. if i upgrade from PSE8 to PSE10 because i really want to try Brandy Murry's Ultimate Artist, do i need to reinstall all my actions and styles?

Yes, you'll need to reinstall them. But if you copy all of your folders containing styles and actions before the upgrade, you can quickly pop them back in there all at one time once you are finished.
