GrannieAnnie Just checked out of the boutique with a big bag of goodies!!! Just what I needed after a nice long weekend at a scrapbooking retreat!

GrannieAnnie I've been watching a pair of nesting eagles on http://www.ustream.tv/decoraheagles . It's fascinating. Started taking pix of my screen. 2 of 3 eggs are hatched.

That's cool, MariJ. I'll have to check it out. My cousin was watching one in Norfolk, but says our Decorah site is much better. Has 2 cameras. one for day and one for night and sound. (LOL! Mostly hear wind.)
GrannieAnnie My thanks are going out to all my SG friends who have offered so much support this week. All went well at the funeral any my oldest grandson held up surprisingly well. We are all adjusting to a "new normal" without "Grandpa John". Blessings to all.

GrannieAnnie Finished a memorial picture board for the funeral...something I could do to contribute. This is going to be a loooooong day with a 5 and 8 yo...8 yo has aspergers andis prone to melt downs. He's better than a few days ago, but today is likely to have a lot of stressors for him.

GrannieAnnie Plans change in a hurry...arrived in KS only to find out DDs FIL was not returning calls. He had passed away at home normal chaos became insane chaos. I'm glad we're here to help with the GSs.

Oh I know what you mean....we have three sump pumps put in so hopefully they will handle anything that comes....have been dry for 3 years now....I feel for you...HATE that noisy Shop Vac...last time we had water we had 5 of them running for days.
